The Alternatives Baby Box Scheme is a free service that offers a brand new, sleep-safe box designed to be baby’s first bed that is then stuffed full of essential items to make the first 3 months of baby’s life as easy and stress-free as possible.
Baby Boxes are sourced from British Baby Box- an award-winning, custom-designed unique bed, suitable from birth until 5 months old. All Baby Boxes come with a brand new mattress, sheet and blanket- only the best for our community’s newest faces! Our dedicated Baby Box team then ensure all Baby Boxes are then stuffed full of

We are passionate believers in the importance of being eco-friendly, which is why most of the items in our Baby Boxes are pre-loved donations from our amazing supporters. That way, your baby’s old things can live a whole new life whilst reducing waste, reusing quality items and recycling the love!

When facing such challenges, receiving a Baby Box can make a life-changing difference to those first few months of baby’s life- relieving practical and economic stresses that come with preparing for the arrival of a new addition to the family. If you wish to support our Baby Box Scheme and help give every baby in our community the best start possible, you can do so by donating practical items such as nappies and toiletries. Each Baby Box given is worth around £70- Donations towards Baby Boxes can be made by:
